@kwing i feel like you have a deep misunderstanding about what lofi is, which i kind of understand, as someone who's really in the scene i know that on the surface there is alot of shallow, lazy songs but if you dig a bit there is alot of artists who experiment and craft a unique style that utilises their talent. the genre has evolved so much since its start in the 1970s and its kind of sad to see people with this misunderstanding

i see a lot of lofi artist tend to not experiment too much with there sound and end up sounding the same as everyone else, i find the best artists like a l e x and lotch cultivate a unique sound and its cool to see other people producing some pretty unique beats, nice work
